By using this website you affirm that you have reviewed and understand this Agreement and that you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Agreement.
1. This Agreement may be modified or replaced at R2R’s sole discretion, without any obligation to notify you. You are advised to routinely check this web page to review if and to what extent this Agreement has been changed. Your continued use of this website shall constitute your consent to any changes.

2. Use of this Website: You are permitted to use the website so long as you follow this Agreement and use the website only in the manner intended, namely as a platform for R2R education modules. Your rights with regard to accessing this website may be terminated or restricted at any time at the sole discretion of Rusty To Ready, LLC. Rusty To Ready, LLC is not required to give you advance notice or explanation for the termination. This termination shall be in addition to any other rights that Rusty To Ready, LLC may choose to enforce.
3. Account Creation.You need to create an Account with R2R in order to access certain materials. You also need to ensure that your information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
4. RESULTS WILL VARY. Participants understand that each person, including themselves, has unique and varied circumstances that impact the results achieved. No one person's outcome and how they arrived at that outcome will be the same. You understand that success in these Modules is measured against completion of such Modules only. You acknowledge that Rusty to Ready, LLC can only offer the tools. It is your implementation and actions that may or may not result in your desired outcomes.
5. User Generated Content. You acknowledge and warrant that any information you may post, or submit to the R2R sites does not: (i) infringe on your rights; (ii) infringe on a third party’s rights, specifically but not limited to any intellectual property rights, or any other confidential or proprietary right; or (iii) constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability. You affirm that you will retain ownership to any post and that R2R has only the rights to allow your post to be displayed on the R2R sites and to remove such post if it violates this Agreement. Additionally, you acknowledge and warrant that you will not knowingly post, transmit or submit any information that will cause damage to either the website or to any other user.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHTS. All intellectual property, such as but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets whether registered or not, and related material (the "Intellectual Property") that is made available on the R2R site is owned by Rusty to Ready, LLC or a third party from who the Intellectual Property is appropriately licensed or granted for a particular use. The Participant is granted a non-exclusive limited-use license of this Intellectual Property for the purpose of accessing, using, or participating through the R2R site. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights, and distribution rights of the Intellectual Property remain exclusively with the Rusty to Ready, LLC.You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless R2R gives you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a R2R authorized representative. The content prepared and provided in these Modules and through other channels used to produce and share content is produced and owned by Rusty to Ready, LLC and all rights are reserved. Replication of this content is expressly prohibited. The Modules may only be accessed through your account on the R2R site. You may not use the contents of this program to train or otherwise support artificial intelligence in any manner, including but not limited to large language models.
7. Links and Integrations: This website may contain links to or integrations with other websites that are operated by third parties, and are not under the control of R2R. R2R is not responsible for, and expressly excludes all liability with relation to these linked or integrated websites which you access at your own risk. Your use of any link or integration may be subject to any terms of use, privacy policy, or other legal agreement issued by and binding through any third party and it is your responsibility to identify and comply with such agreements. R2R makes no representations, warranties or conditions concerning the linked websites, any integrations, or their contents.
8. Module Purchase and Payment: When you purchase one or more modules on this website, your order shall be considered as an offer to R2R. R2R reserves the right to refuse your order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) the availability of the modules in your area; and (ii) if the modules are incorrectly described or priced on the website. In the event that your order is cancelled or refused, you shall receive an email confirmation of such cancellation. Additionally, if your order is refused or cancelled following payment, R2R will reimburse you for the full amount paid.
The third party credit card service provider must approve all purchases made through the use of a credit card.
You agree not to resell any products purchased under this Agreement, nor to transfer any of your rights hereunder without the prior written consent of R2R.

Indemnification: Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R2R, and its respective directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees, and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of your misuse of this website, reaching or failing to reach your desired outcomes, or the breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement for a period of 10 years.

Miscellaneous: This website, any use of this website or purchase made from the website, and any dispute arising from such use or purchase shall be governed and construed by the laws applicable to the United States of America and to the state of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Both Rusty To Ready, LLC and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States of America and the State of Colorado, with any disputes being litigated in the state courts seated in Larimer County, Colorado or the federal court seated in Denver, Colorado, if appropriate.
This Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Accessibility Statement shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and there are no other written or verbal agreements or representations relating to the subject matters described herein.
Should any provision of this Terms of Use be deemed invalid or unenforceable, those provisions shall be severed from the Agreement, but shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

Rusty To Ready, LLC is committed to respecting the privacy rights of all users of R2R sites where this Privacy Policy is posted. R2R has entered into an agreement with a hosting company in the USA to provide sufficient safeguards for the protection of your data. Such hosting company has direct control over the data subject to requests and agreements with R2R. In order to protect the information you provide to us by visiting our website we have implemented various security measures.
